Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship from different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please allow a few additional business days for the shipping carrier to update tracking.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
